Doe Loungewear Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
(according to your tracking number) All items must be in brand new
condition, unwashed and in the state you received them, tags attached!
We maintain high quality standards and ensure a level of integrity for other
customers who may purchase a returned item. Therefore, we cannot accept
items that have been used. If the item is used, we reserve the right to reject
the return and will send the item back to you.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns which will be deducted from your refund/in-store credit.

You will need your order number, order email confirmation, or the name of the person who made the purchase.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or
use and issue any refunds to the original form of payment. All returns are
processed within 3-5 business days of receiving them. Any shipping charges
on your original order are non-refundable. You will receive an email
confirmation after your return has been processed.
