You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to you (according to your tracking number) to send unworn, brand new merchandise back for a refund. Please reach out to hello@doeloungewear.com to start the return process. The customer bears the return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving them. You will receive an email confirming your return.
